1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Cozy Wraps website (Cozy Wraps.co) and placing orders with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Cozy Wraps Ltd, a company registered in Scotland (Company No. SC123456).
2. Products and Descriptions
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display of colours will accurately reflect the actual colour of the product. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on our website, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, we will contact you with the corrected price and give you the option to proceed or cancel.
3. Ordering and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the payment details you provide are correct and complete. All orders are subject to acceptance by Cozy Wraps.
We accept payment by major credit and debit cards. Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
A contract between you and Cozy Wraps is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. Until that point, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days of payment confirmation. Estimated delivery times are:
- UK Standard: 2–4 business days
- UK Express: 1–2 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Cozy Wraps is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.
5. Returns and Refunds
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging within 30 days. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method. Bespoke and custom-order items are non-refundable unless faulty.
6. Warranty and Faulty Goods
All Cozy Wraps products come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use. If a product proves defective, please contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Cozy Wraps website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs — is the property of Cozy Wraps Ltd or our content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cozy Wraps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our website or products.
Our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland and the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of our website after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
